SUMMERTIME BALL MOAN

So I want to talk to you guys today about the summertime ball. This is kind of a rant… SORRY GUYS

So I have tickets to the summertime ball in a couple of weeks and I really don’t know what to think about it. The line up is… One Direction, Avicii, Kelly Clarkson, Flo Rida, Jess Glyne, Jason Derulo, Olly Murs, Carly Rae Jepsen, Ariana Grande, Pitbull, Meghan Trainor, Martin Garrix, Ne-Yo, Rita Ora, Little Mix, LunchMoney Lewis, Nick Jonas, Rixton, Fifth Harmony, Nathan Sykes and OMI. Wow thats a long list. Now if you’re pop educated you’ll know that there are about 4 rappers in the line up… moan 1. WHY!? I can’t sing along to a rapper and it is very hard to dance to a rapper. The whole point of the summertime ball was to be able to know all the songs and artists. Which this year has not happened! Not keen on rappers…

Moan 2. over 5 of the acts only have one well known song… WHAT IS UP WITH THAT!? The show is supposed to be from 3-10 is One Direction going to be on for 3 hours or something? (not that I’d mind I do love One Direction)

Moan 3. Three major performers this year are American and haven’t broken the UK yet… no one knows any of their songs!? how are we supposed to enjoy ourselves if we’re just standing there like lemons!?

I’m going to stop moaning now. Don’t get me wrong there are four acts I can’t wait to see. One Direction, Rixton, Olly Murs and Nathan Sykes. But 4 out of 20!? I think something is definitely wrong here… Capital? SORT YOUR SHIT OUT FOR NEXT YEAR!!!!!
